We carry 20-foot and 40-foot shipping containers. The 20-ft provides approximately 160 square feet of floor space and is a great fit for residential and smaller commercial use. The 40-ft offers about 320 square feet — ideal for larger storage needs, commercial operations, and modification projects.

New (or "one-trip") containers have made a single ocean voyage and are in excellent condition — tight seals, clean floors, minimal exterior wear. Used containers have more visible wear but are inspected to confirm they are wind and water tight. Both types keep your contents dry and secure. Used containers are typically more economical and work well for job-site storage, agricultural use, and applications where cosmetic condition isn't a priority.

Yes. We offer short-term and long-term container rentals. Whether you need a container for a few weeks during a renovation or for an extended period, we can arrange a rental agreement that fits your timeline. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

We deliver containers directly to your site using a flatbed or tilt-bed truck. Our driver will place the container in the location you specify. You'll need a reasonably level area with enough clearance for the truck and container. If you have a specific placement in mind, let us know when you schedule delivery and we'll coordinate accordingly.

It helps to have a fairly level surface and a clear path for the truck — generally about 100 feet of straight run for a 40-ft container. If you have gates, low-hanging branches, or tight turns, mention those when you schedule. We'll let you know if there are any access concerns before delivery day.

We offer 20-yard, 30-yard, and 40-yard roll-off dumpsters. The 20-yard is a good fit for medium cleanouts and single-trade renovation jobs. The 30-yard handles larger home cleanouts and commercial projects. The 40-yard is our largest option and is best suited for heavy construction, demolition, and large-volume commercial work.

Standard rentals include a set number of days — contact us for current terms and availability. If you need more time, let us know before the rental ends and we can usually extend it. We'd rather you have the time you need than rush a cleanout.

General household junk, furniture, construction debris, roofing materials, yard waste, concrete, metal, and most non-hazardous material are accepted. We cannot accept hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, solvents, Freon appliances, tires (in large quantities), or medical/biological waste. If you're unsure about a specific item, call us before loading.

Most dumpsters fit in a standard driveway or open lot area. The delivery truck needs reasonable access — ideally a straight run without low-hanging obstructions. Tell us your setup when you call and we can advise on placement options.

Permit requirements vary by city and county. If you're placing the dumpster on private property, a permit is typically not required. If it needs to be on a public street or right-of-way, you may need to check with your local municipality. We can advise on common requirements in our service area — just ask when you call.

Yes, in many cases we can work on a container you already own. Contact us to discuss your modification needs and we can assess whether your existing container is a good candidate for the work you have in mind.

We handle a wide range of modifications including personnel doors, roll-up doors, windows, insulation (spray foam and rigid board), interior and exterior lighting, electrical runs, ventilation, air conditioning, painting, and shelving. Each project is quoted individually based on your specific requirements.
